At the Annual Dinner of
Blackburn Labour Party a presentation was made to Phil Riley who has
notched up over 25 years service to the party as Secretary. Phil, who
always remains in the background and who doesn't seek personal rewards has
been instrumental in providing organisational advice and support that has
resulted in our electoral successes (sometimes against the odds) over the
past two and a half decades. |
