Jack's Shoutabouts

Town Centre meeting

For the past 23 years Jack has been holding regular "shoutabouts " in Blackburn centre and hail, rain or shine Jack will attract questions on many subjects from his audience. These sessions did not cease when Jack took on the responsibilities of State and it is an example that his Parliamentary colleagues could and should emulate.

The picture on the left was taken on July 15th 2006 when the weather was much kinder but the crowds on this occasion a little smaller and on the right April 28th 2007 just prior to the local elections.
